AUDITIONS FOR TITLE SINGING ROLE IN THE MOTOR CITY LYRIC OPERA’S PRODUCTION “AMAHL AND THE NIGHT VISITORS” TO BE HELD On June 23rd and June 25th 2008 1:00-3:00 PM


Auditions for the leading role of Amahl, a classically trained male soprano with an unchanged voice between the ages of 10 and 13 will be held on Monday June 23rd, 2008 and Wednesday June 25th from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. This production will be presented and filmed in September followed by the broadcast in December, 2008.

The Motor City Lyric Opera was established in 2002 and is dedicated to bringing the joy of music and the performing arts & enthusiasm for the wider world of lyric opera and heightened appreciation for the arts to the school children of Metropolitan Detroit.
